 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I visited here today as I won free vouchers at a charity event and I was intrigued. I went with an open mind but also slightly nervous as to whether I would be disappointed or down hearted after. I needn't of worried. Rachel was excellent. Very welcoming and reassuring. I could relate to almost everything she spoke about. There were some things she said that no-one else but me would know.  If you go I would recommend going with a friend and then you have the pleasure of sitting in the waiting room with Bob. He is an absolute wealth of knowledge. I could of sat and chatted with him all day and I never knew that my handwriting told someone so much about me.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went to see Rachel this past weekend. I had almost booked before but felt the timing wasn't right then. But anyway - I had never read a review or anything about her - I just felt I was guided to choose her. And I'm so glad I did. She was kind and welcoming and her premises have a lovely energy - and Barbara the Pom is the best greeter ever, along with a  lovely gent who is her co front of house. On to the reading - Rachel brought thru my Nan, my Dad and the whole reason I went - my beautiful boy - my Son who left this life a year ago. Thru her - he, with support from his Grandad who adored him -  described exactly the situations around his life, how he had felt about it all -  and how he felt about things that have taken place since. Dates were precise, descriptions of places were spot on - the whole feeling of the room changed when his energy appeared - it was like a warm hug. There were a few things that only made sense to me on the way home. I have emailed to report in on that :).  She got his humour exactly also - irreverent and outspoken - that made me smile. There was SO much information. And when she mentioned a song at the end - kind of obscure but SO exactly and specifically tied to him. I would have paid the fee just for that. <3 Thank you Rachel - You knew that I wasn't there just to find out if he was ok, you knew I know that already  - you got why I was there. You have helped me more than I can explain. Take care lovely lady. Becki

Rachel, what can I say? A massive heartfelt thankyou for delivering the most perfect service on Thursday 31st July, you came to me as highly recommended from my mum’s lovely friend (sister) from the spiritualist church where my mum was a member and it was also mum’s request. We only had a short time to turn it around and you came to visit me at home and we talked and got to know each other and you just got the whole feels and everything we asked for as a family with a variety of needs, you were honest, understanding, loving and respectful and delivered the most perfect tribute to my mum and even added a poem personalised to her and beautifully presented to everyone tied in ribbon with a ceramic daisy keepsake. We couldn’t have asked for any more from you and everyone commented how beautiful everything was-just so pleased we found you “the big guns” Rachel Cope, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts xXx

Rachel was the celebrant for my mother’s funeral service on 17/7/25. From the moment my sister and I met her to discuss mums life she exuded a warm and calming presence. She made sure that she had full details of mums life and achievements and was determined to put together a very individual service. She excelled on the day producing a wonderful eulogy and wrote a poem about mum for us especially. She gifted a copy of the poem and a pretty porcelain flower to all the attendees out of her own pocket. She moved mountains to get individual items to adorn the casket that were both special and personal. She worked so very hard was so respectful and professional alongside the funeral directors and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. It’s a very individual goodbye and was a celebration of life delivered with care, compassion and unique elements. If you want a truly special service I cannot recommend Rachel enough. She is one amazing inspirational lady. Thank you Rachel from the bottom of my heart. Xx
